Early C19. 1 storey, painted stucco - a pair of lodges of identical design with
gateway between. Yellow brick to sides. Wide eaves with stucco soffit and
scalloped valence to fascia, low-pitched hipped slate roof, with iron spouting.
Each house has a front of 3 recessed arched bays, 2 windows and a centre door
with fanlight. Door of 4 panels to No 45, modern to No 47. Hung sashes with
glazing bars.
