Early C19. 3 storeys in red brick with slate roof, hipped at corner. Widely-
spaced block brackets to eaves soffit. 2 windows and 2 to Ladygate return,
stuccoed flat arches with voussoirs, hung sashes with glazing bars. Plinth.
6-panel entrance door with divided rectangular fanlight and wood case with
pilasters and entablature. One late C18/early C19 chimney piece on ground floor.
