c1840-50. Three storey, large red brick house, probably encasing of earlier
structure. Ground floor rendered with horizontal grooving struck into the
window and door arches. First floor sill course. Three windows wide spaced
and symmetrical, rendered flat arches with incised keys to upper floors,
recessed sashes with vertical glazing bars only; glazing bars intact to ground
floor. Shallow camber arched recess for doorway - double doors of 4 moulded
panels with segmental arched fanlight. Gable end slate roof with shallow flat
eaves on spaced brackets.
