Early Cl9 detached house, forming a group with No 69. Two storeys in white
brick with hipped low pitched slate roof. Moulded wood spouting resting on
block modillions at wide spacing. Three windows, painted rusticated heads
and painted stone cill band at first floor, hung sashes with glazing bars.
