House and shop. Early C19 with late C19 alterations. Red brick with stone
dressings, pantile roof. 2 bays, 3 storeys. Late C19 shop front to ground
floor with recessed entrance. 5 panel door below blind overlight in moulded
architrave to left. Dentilled cornice above across full width. First floor
sill band. 2 late C19 bay windows with paired plate glass sashes in
pilastered surrounds below dentilled cornices. Second floor sill band and
2 unequal 9 pane sashes below cambered ashlar heads. Bracketed eaves. Stone
coped gables, rendered end stacks. Interior has C19 staircase. Included
for group value.
