Probably C18 with alterations. Three storeys in painted brick, the ground floor rendered. Slate roof. First and second floor near flush frame sash windows, no glazing bars to the top floor, first floor cill band. Ground floor has a recessed sash window with glazing bars and probably early C19 wood doorcase, attached columns, entablature and cornice. Panelled reveals match door. Rectangular fanlight.
