7/246 No 31 (Osborne House)
Early C19 front on C18 house. 2 storeys, stucco, lined and painted. Slated
mansard roof with half-gabled coped ends and square headed dormer casements. 3
bays wide. Two 2-storey canted bays, the upper narrower, flank 1 window with
moulded architrave and cornice, sashes with glazing bars. Plain pilastered
doorway with entablature and cornice. Door has 6 bolection moulded sunk panels,
rectangular fanlight. Plinth. Bracketed eaves cornice.
