Circa 1785. 2 storeys in painted brick with tile roof, wood ogee bracketed eaves
cornice. Tumbled brickwork to gable end. 4 windows, near flush frame sashes,
reglazed with plate glass. Delicately detailed 'Adam' doorcase in wood and
compo. Door of 6 fielded panels, fanlight. Wrought iron rail guards.
