Circa 1785. Two storeys in painted brick with tile roof, wood ogee bracketed eaves cornice. Tumbled brickwork to gable end. Four windows, near flush frame sashes, reglazed with plate glass. Delicately detailed 'Adam' doorcase in wood and compo. Door of six fielded panels, fanlight. Wrought iron rail guards.
