5/254 No 53 (Arden House)
Mid C19. 2 storeys in brick, rough rendered to front, with slate roof and
dentil eaves cornice. Stone coped gable ends. Rusticated rendered quoins.
3 windows, hung sashes with glazing bars over 2. Grooved doorway with 'Adam'
ornament to frieze, dentil cornice. Ornamental rectangular fanlight, the
6-panel door is probably modern.
