Probably early C19 with extensive late C19 alterations. 2 storeys and attic in
red brick. Slate mansard roof with 2 gabled dormers with carved bargeboards.
2 windows. Canted 2-light late C19 square bay window at 1st floor. 1 window of
2 lights to ground floor. Doorcase in wood with flat cornice on brackets and
fanlight. Small additional passage doorway to west with rectangular fanlight.
