Corner site with Ladygate. Early C19,two storeys, painted
brick. Hipped slate roof with flat eaves on spaced brackets, three spaced
windows. First floor to Ladygate, window to right of 7 x 3 small fixed panes
appears to have had hatch, now blocked below - the other two are Yorkshire
casements with flat stone arches. Ground floor has entrance across corner
and two further doorways to Ladygate, all pilastered with deep friezes and
cornices and 3 small windows, one retaining small fixed panes. One window
return to Sow Hill with pilastered 3-light ground floor window. Perhaps a
public house originally.
