Probably late C18. Three storeys in red brick with pantile roof. Delicately
detailed wood modillion eaves cornice. Fluted lead rainwater head and fall
pipe. Three windows, rusticated painted heads either stucco or stone, near
flush frames, no glazing bars. Original double shop front with pilasters and
entablature, reglazed in plate glass. Soffit to cornice enriched with panels
and rosettes. House doorway has reeded transom, and plain rectangular fanlight
and wood pilasters.
