House, now shop. Late C18 with later alterations. Painted brick with painted
stone dressing, slate roof, 2 bays, 3 storeys. C20 shop front in C19 plastered
surround with dentilled cornice. Above 2 late C19 canted bay windows with plate
glass sashes in plastered surrounds, panelled aprons, projecting sills and
entablatures with moulded cornices. Original stone first floor band, broken by the
late bays. Second floor has similar sill band and 2 16 pane sashes, below flat
brick arches. Paired wooden eaves brackets. End Stacks. Included for group
value.
