Farmhouse. 1768 on plaque with later additions and alterations including
probably early C19 bay to left. Pinkish-brown brick with pantile roof.
2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows in 2 stages of build with single-storey
outshut to left. Off-centre entrance, a part-glazed, 4-panel door in reeded
architrave with hood. Ground floor has 16-pane sashes, that to left under
painted flat arch, otherwise under cement wedge lintels. Inset datestone
inscribed "1768" between right-hand windows. First floor has unequally-
hung, 12-pane sashes. Windows have stone sills. Dentil eaves bands to left
bay and to outshut. Swept roof. Lead covered brick copings. Ridge and end
stacks. Tumbled-in brickwork to gable ends. Outshut has hipped roof.
