Pair of houses, formerly one dwelling. Mid-C18 with later additions and
alterations. Pinkish-brown brick in Flemish bond with pantile roof. 7
bays, 2 storeys, with attics to gables, lobby-entrance plan, outshut and
extension to rear. Plinth. 3 steps to central entrance, a panelled door
within eared architrave with dentil frieze and hood, otherwise entrance to
rear. 12-pane sashes throughout, between each and above door are blocked
openings. Openings to ground floor under flat arches of rubbed brick and to
first flour under header arches. Wooden eaves cornice. End and ridge
stacks. To left gable end are 12-pane and 6-pane 2-light Yorkshire sashes
under elliptical arches. Interior has some moulded cornices and 6-fielded
panel doors.
