Cottage, C18. Ground floor of painted brick, first floor tile-hung, including three courses of curved tiles forming a band across the front. Tiled roof, half-hipped to the east and gabled to the west with tall brick chimneystack. Two storeys; two windows. Two bay end chimneystack plan form. Front or south elevation has early C19 12-pane sashes in moulded wooden architraves. Central doorcase with six panel moulded door with rectangular fanlight over and later trellised porch. No windows to east elevation and north elevation obscured by later building.

Little altered two bay end chimneystack cottage.
