A pair of houses of about 1830. 3 storeys stuccoed. Pilasters flanking the front.
Eaves cornice. Iron balcony on 1st floor with hood supported on trellised iron
columns, the balcony supported on a colonnade along the ground floor. 2 windows
each. Original French windows on the ground and 1st floors and sash windows above,
all with glazing bars intact.
