A terrace circa 1860 in the Italianate style. 3 storeys and basement partly cement
rendered and partly stuccoed. 8 windows in all, the end window bay on each side
set in a projecting wing of higher elevation with long and short quoins. Slate
roof and balustraded parapet. Sashes with most glazing bars intact. The end
sections have a double sash on the 2nd floor, triple sash on the 1st floor and
3 sashes on the ground floor. 1st floor balconettes supported on double pillars
to No 48. Steps to street with iron railings.
