A pair of early C19 houses. 3 storeys and semi-basement with area, stuccoed.
Parapet and cornice. Another cornice above 1st floor and stringcourse above ground
floor. 2 windows each with curved bay of one window on the outer side of each
house. Glazing bars intact to No 71. Recessed porches with pilasters approached
by curved flights of steps with handrail and platform fronted with an iron railing.
Doorcases with rectangular fanlights. The side elevation is of brick.
Nos 69 to 73 (consec) form a group.
