Built in 1902 in the Art Nouveau style. Architect Henry T Hare. 3 storeys red
brick. 3 immense stone dormer windows on 2nd floor. 7 casement windows. 3 large
bays on lst floor. Enriched frieze above first floor. Round-headed doorcase
with curved open pediment with shell and scroll. Stone plinth.
