Circa 1840. Originally a Tunbridge Wells Ware shop and factory. 2 storeys stuccoed.
Eaves cornice and stringcourse above ground floor. 10 sashes with glazing bars
missing. 2 bays containing 3 windows each, one parallel with the facade and one
splayed on the inner side, the outer side solid. The 1st floor windows are flanked
by pilasters and with a moulded frieze over. In thecentre there is a 3-light
bay window over the doorway and a larger one at the north end over the ground
floor bay. Iron verandah above the ground floor supported on columns. Modern
doorcase.
