Mid Cl9. 3 storeys Tunbridge Wells ashlar. Tripped slate roof with paired bracket
eaves cornice. The front elevation has 5 sashes in all with most glazing bars
intact. Left side 3 light bay through all floors. Hooded verandah with iron
columns on the ground floor. The right side has a later Cl9 extension of 1 storey
in matching style with mansard roof.
