A Mid Cl9 pair. 3 storeys and basement stuccoed. Hipped slate roof. 1 3-light
sash each on 2nd floor. 3 light bay on 1st floor ad cast iron balcony with hood
remaining to No 40. 2 windows on the ground floor, the one on the left round-headed,
the other 3 light. Round-headed doorcases set back on side elevation in rusticated
surrounds.
