Farmhouse, now house. C17, altered in C18. Timber framed with rendered ground
floor. Cladding and painted weatherboarding on first floor. Slate hipped roof
with tiled ridge capping. Tall brick stack off centre to right. Baffle entry
plan. 2 storeys. 4 window front, slightly irregular, glazing bar sashes.
Panelled door with top panels glazed, off-centre to right, with flat shallow
hood on pilaster panels. C18 wings to rear and very large 3-part bread oven.
Interior: Substantial timber-frame visible. Large central stack with wooden
bressummers. 2 flight stair, with windows, behind stack. Roof with collars
and thin ridge, piece but no purlins.
