- The Oast
GV II

Oasthouse, now house. Later C18. Timber-framed on cement plinth, weather-
boarded. Plain tiled roof with gabled dormers to north and south. Catslide
extension to south. Cowl and wind-vane on north end of ridge. 1½ storeys.
Irregular east front with 2 windows on first-floor and 4 on ground floor,
wooden casements. 2 central part glazed doors. Interior: Timber framing
of thin scantling visible.
