Cottage row. C18, extended mid C19 and late C20. Timber framed and weatherboarded on painted brick base; extended with red and blue chequered brick, and tile hanging above red brick. Plain tiled roof L-shaped block. Two storeys on plinth, with stacks to centre right and to right hand projecting wing. Two wooden and one metal casements on first floor, metal casement on ground floor with half-glazed door to left with gabled hood. Projecting brick wing to right, with entry to right return in raking porch with three wooden casements on each floor, extended one window bay at end, late C20. Part of a cottage row with Charlwood and included for group value.
