- II
House. C16 or earlier, altered C19-C20. Timber framed and clad with painted
brick and tile hanging with plain tiled roof. Two storeys and attic with hipped
roof and stacks to left, to right and to rear centre right on rear wing, the hip
end of this wing oversailing the ridge of the main block. Hipped dormer to right,
and gabled cross wing to left with moulded bressummer and pendant bargeboards, and
projecting gable to centre with moulded bressummer jettied on brackets, moulded
bargeboards and pendant, both with wooden casements. Tripartite glazing bar sash
to each floor to left (with cornice on ground floor) and 4 wooden casements on
first floor, 2 on ground floor, with half-glazed doors to end right, and to centre
left in C20 columned porch. C20 single-storey extension to left.
