GV II
House. Early C19. Rendered with weather-boarded right return with plain tiled
roof. Two parallel ranges. Two storeys with stacks to end left of each range.
Two wooden casements on first floor and bay window on ground floor and half glazed
door to right, both under tiled pentice. Adjoining Cockshott Farmhouse, and
possibly originally the miller's house. Included for group value.
