The Moor Post Office
and house attached
GV II
House and shop. Circa 1800 and extended late Cl9. Timber-framed and tile hung
on painted brick ground floor, with plain tiled roof and extended with weather-
boarded and slate roofed shop wing. Two storeys with stacks to end left and end
right and to rear centre. Two glazing bar sashes on each floor, with traces of
original central doorway. Shop with hipped roof, with 5-light window on 1st
floor and plate glass shop front with central double glazed door and large pro-
jecting fascia. Single storey extension to shop to right.
