House. Circa 1800. Timber framed and weather-boarded with plain tiled roof. Two
storeys on brick plinth with paired modillion eaves cornice to hipped roof with
stacks projecting at end left and end right and to rear. Two 2-storey canted bays
with glazing bar sashes, and central glazing bar sash on first floor. Panelled
door in hipped C20 porch with sash sidelight and flat hood on brackets. Left
return: extended hipped wing with glazing bar sash, wooden casement and tripar-
tite glazing bar sash on first floor, and 2 tripartite glazing bar sashes and
glazed door on ground floor, on high brick base, with wooden verandah with wooden
railings.
