House. Circa 1800. Red and blue chequered brick with plain tiled roof. Two storeys and basement on plinth with brick dentil eaves cornice to hipped
roof with stacks to right and to left. Regular fenestration of 2 tripartite sashes and central wooden casement on first floor and 2 double height
tripartite sashes on ground floor, all with gauged heads. Central gabled
porch with semi-circular fanlight and sidelights and glazed outer and inner doors. Basement opening to left return. The rear wall is timber framed. Uninhabited and in disrepair at time of survey.
