Bridge. Early C19. Red brick and sandstone. Single elliptical brick arch of three brick courses over the river, the upper side walls with 3 iron anchor ties, the footings and arch springing of sandstone. Parapet walls projecting some three feet above road level and with stone coping, and with splayed end sections. Only one part of this bridge is situated in Tunbridge Wells District, Kent. The remainder is in the Wealden District in East Sussex, in Frant parish.
