House. C16. Timber framed with red and blue chequered brick on ground floor and
sandstone base, tile hung on first floor and weather boarded to return elevations.
Plain tiled roof. Small 2 bay cottage, hip end to roadside. Two storeys on plinth
with hip and gablet and large freestanding and offset stack at left. Three light
wooden casement on each floor and boarded door to right with small raking hood.
Small wooden casements to right return elevation and lean-to outshot at rear.
