House. C16. Timber framed and clad with red and blue chequered brick on ground
floor and tile hanging on first floor and with plain tiled roof. Two storeys with
large moulded and filleted stack to end left. The stack occupies the whole of the
left hand third of the elevation, the fenestration being pushed to the right and
regularly disposed with 2 glazing bar sashes on first floor and 2 larger glazing
bar sashes on ground floor and central boarded door in overlarge late C20 hipped
porch. The building originally extended to the left to include another cottage
described in the old provisional list, but this has subsequently been demolished.
