GV II
House. c.1770. Weatherboarded front on brick plinth. Sides red
brick with grey headers. Plain tiled roof with end brick
chimneystacks. 2 storeys 3 windows. Wooden modillion eaves
cornice. 2 curved gabled dormers with 4 pane casements and L
hinges. Sash windows in moulded architraves. Central 1st floor
window 12-pane, other 16-pane. Central doorcase with open
pediment on wooden brackets, keystone and 6 flush panelled
door. the top 2 panels cut away and glazed. Rear has roof in
three hips.
