2 houses. Early to mid C19. Broard Oak House has a ground
floor of red brick with grey headers and weatherboarded 1st
floor. Hipped slate roof with end brick chimneystacks. 2
storeys 3 windows. 1st floor has 12-pane sashes. Ground floor
has 16-pane sashes. Central doorcase with pilasters and 6
panelled dodor. Oak View has left hand portion with red brick
ground floor and weatherboarded 1st floor with hipped slate
roof. Right side portion has rendered ground floor,
weatherboarded 1st floor and hipped tiled roof with brick
chimneystacks. 2 storeys 2 windows. Mainly 16-pane sashes and
doorcase with flat hood.
