Cottage. C18 or earlier. This is now attached to the 1932
addition of Cowbeech but was once free standing.
Weatherboarded with half-hipped tiled roof and external brick
chimneystack. 2 storeys 1 window. Casement windows and plank
door with vestigial hood. Interior comprises 1 room up and
down with original winder staircase and is in an unusually
unaltered condition.
