Farmhouse. C17 or earlier timber-framed building, possibly
originally an open hall-house, partially refaced in C18 and
with L-wing added. Ground floor of red brick in Flemish bond
on plinth. 1st floor has exposed box frame to right hand 2
bays with rendered infilling and weatherboarded half-hipped
gables to left hand bay. Right side elevation tile hung to 1st
floor. Steeply pitched tiled roof with gablet and external
brick chimneystacks. 2 storeys and attics; 3 windows. 1 hipped
dormer. Casement windows. C18 6 fielded panelled door with
flat hood on brackets.
