C15 timber-framed building now refaced with painted brick and rough cast.
Hipped tiled roof. 3 sashes with verticals only on Broad Street elevation,
2 on the Military Road elevation. Early C19 shopfront with cornice and 4
pilasters. Door set in corner. Doorcase to No 47A has a simple moulded
architrave and 6 Panelled door.

Nos 47 to 52 (consec) form a group together with No 1 Albion Place.
