Late C18 to early C19. 3 storeys stuccoed. Stone coping. Rainwater head.
2 C19 sashes set in moulded wooden architraves. Later C19 shopfront. Left
side doorcase set in moulded wooden architraves. Rectangular fanlight and
4 panelled door.

Nos 23 to 37 (consec) and the Christchurch Gateway form a group.
