Late C17. 2 storeys and attics red brick. Tiled roof with 1 dormer. 5 windows
in all. Built in 2 sections, The north section has 3 windows, stringcourse,
modillion eaves cornice and doorcase with pilasters, flat hood over and door of
6 fielded panels. The south section has 2 windows. It projects slightly and has
a slightly higher elevation with a dormer and hipped roof. It is flanked by brick
pilasters on ground and let floors with a cornice between these. Windows with
cambered head linings. This section is possibly a replica of a C17 building.

The Manor House and Park Cottages Nos 1 and 2 form a group.
