Circa 1830. 3 storeys and basement brown brick, the ground floor stuccoed. Cornice
and parapet. Iron balcony on 1st floor. 2 windows each, 1st and 2nd floor windows
in moulded architrave surrounds with cornices over supported on brackets on the
1st floor. Doorcases with rectangular fanlights and double doors of 6 fielded
panels.
