1834. 4 storeys brown brick, the ground floor stuccoed and rusticated. Cornice
and parapet above the 3rd floor. Stuccoed cornice above the 2nd floor and wide
band below it with the name of the hotel. Iron balcony on let floor. 1st floor
windows in moulded architrave surrounds with cornices over, supported on consoles.
3 modern bay windows on ground floor. Glazing bare intact on 2nd and 3rd floors
only. Similar front facing Dolphin Street with doorway having twin pilasters and
projecting cornice. 2 Victorian bays added on the ground and 1st floors of this
front. Wing added to the south.

Nos 101 to 108 (consec) and the former Dolphin Hotel form a group.
