At one time called Hilarity House. Irregular build, with features of C18 on earlier core. Two storeys in painted brick with hipped tiled roof which oversails to the centre. Centre is tile hung to the first floor with two windows above three and door of six fielded panels, the sides, where the roof comes down to one storey hight, having two windows each.
