Farmhouse. Late C17 to early C18. Red stock brick walls. Kent peg tiled roof, with hip to right hand and half-hip to left hand. Brick stack to right hand of centre. Lobby entry house.

Two storeys. Front elevation with stringcourse, two two-light casement windows with small panes, ground floor ones under segmental heads. Central ledged door. Rear outshut under catslide roof. Only western ground and first floor rooms heated. Planked door with long hinges to stairs. Exposed hardwood spine beams. Blocked ground floor fireplace.
