House. 1820's. Painted and rendered brick and slate roof. Three storeys
and hipped roof with stack to right, and cross-hipped rear wing. Glazing
bar sash on 2nd floor, and 2 storey canted bay to ground and 1st floors,
with glazing bar sashes and moulded panels between the 2 floors. Door of
6 panels to rear wing on left return, with flat hood on brackets with
adjacent wooden casement on left return. Shown on Collard and Hurst's 1821
plan of Ramsgate, although the elevation subsequently altered.
