Terrace house. 1789-92. Roughcast and rendered. Four storeys and basement
on rusticated base, with parapet and stacks to left and to right. Two sashes
on 3rd floor, 3 on 2nd floor, and 2 sashes with central French window on
first-floor, with tented verandah on simple iron brackets, with simple piers
with scrolled brackets, and Gothick panelled rails. Two sashes on ground
floor with door of 6 raised and fielded panels to right in panelled rebated
door way with moulded surround and 5 steps. Single sash to basement. Spear
head rails with lobed double domed finial principals.
