Terrace house. 1789-92. Stock brick, part rendered with slate roof. hour
storeys and basement on rusticated base with moulded cornice parapet and
stack to left. Three sashes in moulded surrounds on 3rd and second floors,
with 3 French windows on 1st floor and tented verandah with trellis piers,
and heart & wheel pattern rails on scrolled brackets. Later C19 tripartite
sash with attached colonnettes on brackets supporting dentil cornice and
railed window boxes. Door of 6 moulded panels to right with semi-circular
fanlight and flight of 5 steps. Basement sash with vertical glazing bars
and side door. Simple rails to steps, ramped spear head rails to Area with
baluster finial principals.
