Terrace row. 1850's. Rendered with slate roof. Italianate style. Three
storeys and basement with cill band and frieze and cornice to roof, with
projecting end pavillions, with rusticated quoins and pediments. Each
house unit with 2 paired semi-circular headed windows on 2nd floor in
pavillions, and 2 sashes with vertical glazing bars and moulded surrounds to
each of the 4 central house units. Two storey and basement canted bay with
segmentally and semi-circular headed windows and French windows with tented
verandah with trellised piers, valancing and bar rails on ornate
brackets. Paired half-glazed doors to left and to right in moulded and keyed
surrounds, with central rail, ramped side walls and footscrapers to steps.
Single glazing bar sashes to basement. Rusticated round headed doorway to
left return, and completely rusticated base and door to right return.
Palmette headed rails to basement area, with pineapple finial principals.
